We are excited to announce that the 37th Annual Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival will return to the Montgomery County Fairgrounds on October 9–11, 2026!

As we prepare for another incredible year, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the sponsors whose support helps make this event possible. Sponsorships play a vital role in helping Friends of Conroe fulfill its mission of giving back to our community. Through the generosity of sponsors, we have been able to provide Thanksgiving meals to families in need through Friends Feeding Friends – A Place at God’s Table, award scholarships to local graduating seniors, support numerous nonprofit organizations throughout Montgomery County, and fund many other worthwhile community initiatives.

As a Friends of Conroe Sign Sponsor, your business or family name will be displayed on a professionally produced sign approximately 24" x 36" in size. Signs will be prominently placed along the entrance fencing leading to the North Gate of the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, providing visibility to thousands of festival attendees throughout the weekend.

In addition to on-site signage, your business logo will be featured on the festival's video board as part of our Friends of Conroe Sponsor Recognition program. Sponsor logos will rotate throughout the event alongside other Friends of Conroe Sign Sponsors, providing additional exposure to festival guests during the three-day celebration.

With attendance projected to exceed 10,000 guests, this sponsorship offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your business while directly supporting the community programs and charitable initiatives of Friends of Conroe.

Your Friends of Conroe Sign Sponsorship also includes two (2) General Admission passes to the festival. Tickets will be mailed or emailed prior to the event based on your preference indicated on the sponsorship application.
