Application Information
1. Application form must be filled in completely. Once accepted, invoice will be sent for payment.

Available Exhibitor Space Options
1.Space Only
•These are sold as 10x10 or 10x20 spaces only, exhibitor provides tent and all necessary items for display.
•You must bring up to 100’ of extension cord. This is not dedicated power. Generators are not allowed.
•Tents must be straight leg, anchored with sandbags or similar and in ”like new” condition
•Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival (CCCF) provides daytime & overnight security; however, CCCF assumes no liability for damage, loss, or theft of any individual's work or possessions. The applicant will indemnify and hold harmless T.F.O.C., Incorporated DBA Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival (CCCF) for any and all damage to property.
•Option to leave Sunday before 11am if desired
2.Arts & Crafts/ Non-Profit (501c3) Tented Space
•These are sold as 10x10 or 10x20 Tented & Lighted spaces
•Arts & Crafts Requirements: Contemporary and traditional handmade arts & crafts of all media or 501c3 Not For Profit Organizations.
•You must bring up to 100’ of extension cord. This is not dedicated power. Generators are not allowed.
•20 Amp dedicated power is available for an additional charge.
•Tent walls are provided but are the exhibitors responsibility to roll up and down each day. (multiple vendors/ spaces could be under one tent)

3.Home Based Business Tented Space
•These are sold as 10x10 or 10x20 Tented & Lighted spaces
•Home Based Business Requirements: Business that is conducted from a home, not a store front.
•You must bring up to 100’ of extension cord. This is not dedicated power. Generators are not allowed.
•20 Amp dedicated power is available for an additional charge.
•Tent walls are provided but are the exhibitors responsibility to roll up and down each day. (multiple vendors/ spaces could be under one tent)

4.Commercial Business Tented Space
•These are sold as 10x10 or 10x20 Tented & Lighted spaces
•Commercial Requirements: Manufactured, mass-produced items, antiques, collectibles, business products, T-shirts, services, and any other storefront.
•You must bring up to 100’ of extension cord. This is not dedicated power. Generators are not allowed.
•20 Amp dedicated power is available for an additional charge.
•Tent walls are provided but are the exhibitors responsibility to roll up and down each day. (multiple vendors/ spaces could be under one tent)

5.Mobile Trailer Business Space Only
•These are sold as prime 10x30 spaces only
•Power is available for an additional charge. Generators are not allowed.
•Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival (CCCF) provides daytime & overnight security; however, CCCF assumes no liability for damage, loss, or theft of any individual's work or possessions. The applicant will indemnify and hold harmless T.F.O.C., Incorporated DBA Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival (CCCF) for any and all damage to property.
Parking is not included in booth fee. There are numerous paid and free lots around the festival. CCCF assumes no liability for availability or security of parking.

Application will NOT be accepted without photos. Once accepted, invoice will be sent for payment. Festival Staff will approve the type of exhibitor prior to final acceptance. Only Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks. Credit Card or Cash will be accepted after September 1st.
By submitting this form I agree that I have read and understand the above regulations and agree to abide in full. I also agree this contract is a binding commitment to full payment of participant fees upon acceptance into THE CONROE CAJUN CATFISH FESTIVAL (CCCF).

Festival Rules
1. Exhibitors will be expected to display and sell work of the same quality and nature as that submitted for screening. CCCF retains the right to ask for removal of any objects which are distinctly inferior or offensive (controversial) to those selected. No one is allowed to solicit outside of their booth.
2. Once accepted, the applicant is committed to show. No refunds will be made for entrant withdrawal.
3. There are no rain dates and no refunds in the event of rain or other unforeseen closures, including Pandemic.
4. CCCF provides daytime & overnight security; however, entrant exhibits all work at their own risk. CCCF assumes no liability for damage, loss, or theft of any individual's work. The applicant will indemnify and hold harmless T.F.O.C., Incorporated DBA Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival (CCCF) for any and all damage to property.
5. All sales will be transacted by the applicant. There are no commissions.
6. No food or beverage may be sold by exhibitors.
7. Samples or other giveaways may only be given with prior approval.
8. Submission of an application to CCCF constitutes agreement on the part of the entrant to the terms and conditions set forth in this prospectus.
9. Further details and instructions will be mailed/emailed to accepted exhibitors.
10. Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining a sales tax I.D. number. A copy must be sent with your application.
11. No items, such as gun replicas, knives, popping noise makers, drug paraphernalia, nudity or profanity are allowed.
12. Political Booths: All business done must be conducted within the confines of your booth space and subject to established non-profit guideline limitations and at the discretion of CCCF.
13. Consumption of outside alcoholic beverages is prohibited; if an exhibitor is intoxicated, they will be asked to leave and forfeit all fees.
14. Your booth fee may be transferred in the case of an unforeseen closure of the event. Under no circumstance will it be refunded.
CCCF believes in equal opportunities for all vendors, and we will actively seek fair evaluation of all applications. We do not allow personal beliefs to conflict with application consideration. In selecting participants, criteria may include items to be sold, past history, the promptness of application arrival, and event area accommodations. CCCF reserves the right to deny acceptance of any applicant for past experience or other factors that warrant exclusion.
As a participant of the CCCF, I fully understand and agree to the following:
I recognize and acknowledge that I assume full risk of any injury, property damage or loss which I may sustain as a result of my participation in any and all activities connected with or associated with my participation in CCCF. Furthermore, I understand that I should carry my own insurance and that I store my products and equipment overnight at my own risk.
I agree to waive and relinquish all claims I may have against CCCF, the City of Conroe, and all associated sponsors and staff of CCCF and agents thereof from any and all claims other parties may have resulting from injuries, damage, or loss caused by, arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the activities of the CCCF. I further agree to indemnify and hold CCCF harmless for any injuries or damage that occurs as a result of any participation in the event.
I agree to provide a specified list of all items I plan to sell, and I acknowledge that I may not be permitted to sell each of the items I submit.
I understand that, in the event of CCCF cancellation due to weather and/or other unforeseen issues, vendor fees will NOT be refunded.
I agree that I am responsible for the transportation, insurance, and sale of my products. I also understand that I am responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax on all transactions made during CCCF.
I agree to pay all the necessary fees set forth in this application upon acceptance into the CCCF. I understand that all cancellations must be made in writing and must be postmarked, emailed, or faxed by no later than September 3, 2024, and that there are absolutely no refunds.
I agree to be present for all 3 days of the CCCF: Friday, October 11 through Sunday, October 13, 2024. I agree that if I have not set up by 3 pm on Friday, October 11, or if I leave the CCCF early, I forfeit my booth space and all fees. If I intend to be late on any of the 3 days, I must acknowledge this to CCCF management or I may forfeit my booth space. I agree that all demonstrations and exhibits may be photographed for publicity purposes. I understand and will abide by the rules of this application.(SPACE ONLY exhibitors have option to leave after close on Saturday October 12th and before 11am on Sunday October 13th)
